by NUKORoid (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).
This infrastructure gathers human wisdom starting from questions, edits, translates, and summarizes content using AI, and delivers it to the world.
Users shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.

This service is intended for users aged 13 and older.
If you are under 13 years of age, please use this service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

1.The Service is not intended to provide correct answers, rankings, or specialized conclusions.
2.Content posted on the Service and AI-generated editing, translation, or summarization results do not guarantee specific advice or judgments.
3.Users shall understand the Service as a “platform for sharing questions and wisdom” and use it at their own risk.

・User: All persons using this Service
・Posted Content: All information posted by Users, including questions, answers, comments, etc.
・AI Processing: Automated processing of Posted Content, such as editing, translation, summarization, and classification

This Service includes both usage forms requiring no registration and functions requiring registration.

Users shall not engage in the following acts:
・Acts violating laws, regulations, or public order and morals
・Acts defaming, discriminating against, or intimidating others
・Acts infringing upon others' privacy, portrait rights, or intellectual property rights
・Acts intentionally spreading false or misleading information
・Spam, excessive advertising, or posts solely for commercial purposes
・Acts that interfere with the operation of this Service
・Other acts deemed inappropriate by the operator

Copyright for posted content shall, in principle, belong to the user who posted it.
Users grant the following rights free of charge to this Service and related parties regarding posted content:
・AI-based editing, translation, and summarization
・Publication in anonymized or edited form
・Use for service improvement, research, or promotional purposes
This service does not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or completeness of posted content.

AI processing results may not fully reflect the poster's intent or the original text.
Users shall use AI processing results at their own discretion and responsibility.

The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.
Decisions or actions based on information provided by this service are the sole responsibility of the user.
This Service may change, suspend, or terminate its content without prior notice.

The Operator may delete posts or restrict usage without prior notice if a violation of these Terms occurs or if deemed necessary for service operation.

The operator may amend these Terms as necessary.
The amended Terms shall take effect upon display on this Service.

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
Any disputes arising in connection with this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the location of the operator.
